On Monday May 5, the social elite of the world descended upon the Metropolitan Museum of Art for the annual edition of the Met Gala, otherwise known as Anna Wintour’s party. The event which raised more than $12 million last year returned stronger than ever. This years theme was inspired by their feature exhibit “China: Through The Looking Glass” a reflection on Chinese aesthetic and it’s influences on Western fashion. An event typically dominated by women’s fashion surprisingly showed some resolve. The men inched their way in and did so with vigour. From couture hand embroidered jackets to gorgeous 3-piece brocade suits the men held their own on the red carpet and quite frankly outshone several of their female counterparts.
Here’s our list of best dressed men at the 2015 Met Gala.
