Our Made-to-Measure Manager, Armando sat down with Canadian Paralympian Josh Cassidy to get measured up and talk about style. LUSH Magazine came along to cover the fitting, you can read their complete article here.
Made to Measure suits are a great investment for any guy, whether you want an everyday suit, or one for special occasions.
“The meeting with Armando lasts around twenty minutes. Beautiful suits, measured up, then made in Italy, and shipped back in about four weeks, all in the $1,300 to $1,400 price range. That’s affordable luxury.”
Men are becoming more and more aware of how important appearance really is, from the fit to the fabr. Josh cites his interest in style as an extension of his creative interests – graphic design and illustration.
“Just like a true made-to-measure guy,” Armando says, after Josh asks if he can see a suit that has already been measured up for another client.
We are in the backroom area of Gotstyle, the menswear store in Toronto. Josh is seated across from Armando, and they are talking about the made-to-measure process. Josh, who is taking a break from training, is going thorough fabrics, after Armando has measured him up.”
Congratulations to Josh, who just won the Boston Marathon earlier this week, and will be competing at the London Marathon this Sunday. He will also be in the London 2012 Paralympics, where he’ll be wearing his Gotstyle Made to Measure suit at the medal ceremony, hopefully accessorized with a gold medal.
