On Monday April 4th, 2011 Canadian fashion designer Kendra Francis of the label FRANKE, will celebrate a decade in fashion. Francis will be presenting her Fall/Winter 2011 Collection along with a Photo Exhibit, showcasing 10 dynamic Canadian women from various creative industries wearing a pieces from some of her past collections.

This special fashion presentation and celebration will take place at 7:30pm at AME 19 Mercer St, in downtown Toronto.

This season the designer is focused on real not fantasy and will showcase alot more daywear pieces for the FRANKE woman. The silhouette is structured and a little more boxy yet continues to enhance the female form. Still focused on the tension between masculine and feminine Francis is giving her customer more to want with this collection of tailored yet edgy separates.

The star quality cast of women include: Sarah Taylor (Much Music), Kim Davis (Singer), Natalie Brown (Actress), Drea Vujovic (Project Runway), Sarah Nicole Prickett (Fashion Writer), Renee Thompson (Model), Pastel Supernova (Singer), Janet Han (Owner Fashionably Yours), Melissa Austria (Gotstyle Founder) and Jennifer Ferreira (Interior Designer).

The photos for the campaign will debut at the fashion presentation event on April 4th. All photographs of the women in the campaign will be part of a silent auction with proceeds going towards Dr. Roz’s Healing Place, a centre for Women and Children who are victims of violence.
