We have a new suit line coming into the store that we’re very excited about – Paul Betenly. He offers a modern, but not too European of a cut (think Z Zegna), super 120’s high performance fabrics (stain and wrinkle resistant), a half canvas garment (think: bottom of the scale is a fused suit, top is full canvas) for an amazing price of $695! The best thing is that they are in-stock in Canada (btw, in-stock is a retailers wet dream, after consignment!) |So, if you need 10 suits for a wedding party we can get it to you right away – and this includes 2 styles of tuxedos!
Paul Betenly is one of the few completely vertical suit operations – from owning their own sheep farms in Australia, to spinning and weaving their own yarns (with state of the art tecnology for perfect color matching) to production of the final goods.
Can you please posts pictures of these suits? Thank you.
That’s a great pricepoint for a half canvassed suit in Toronto – I bought a half canvassed SAND suit from GotStyle 2 years ago for a similar price (on sale). Canvas looks even better with time as it takes shape of your body. One of the best $600 I ever spent.
Does Paul Bentley have a website, a google search turned up empty? Canadian or Aussie?
Hey guys, the original post was supposed to have the attached photo! If you refresh the page, you can see the one and only photo I could find on the internet of Paul Betenly. We haven’t received the shipment yet, but the second we do I’ll have them online immediately!
And 416expat: Agreed on the SAND suit. Great quality especially over time. You got a pretty awesome deal on it for $600!
Hi guys, thanks for highlighting this wonderful brand’s clothing. I recently purchased one of their navy blazers at a men’s clothing store in my town, and it is a beautifully crafted article of clothing, and fits to form exquisitely. Very worth the $350 price tag.
Glad to hear, this brand is one of our favourites for their great quality and price points.
