Equimen, is quite literally fitness in a box. It is you physiotherapist, and trainer all rolled in to one. How you ask? Equimen, meaning Equality for Men, uses a unique technology called Helix-Mapping in all their garments. This technology, also know as Body Response, is designed to reinforce and support the body’s natural structure from the core. As you can see in the image below, crisscrossing the upper and lower back causes compression on the shirt which gently pulls the shoulders back to support an upright posture.
